Vegetation Management Plans

A Vegetation Management Plan (VMP) is a document outlining strategies for managing and conserving vegetation, often required for land development or for conservation purposes. VMPs are governed by state and local regulations, typically include site descriptions, maps, management zones, and performance criteria. The main goals are to preserve existing vegetation, rehabilitate degraded landscapes, manage invasive species, and maintain biodiversity while allowing for sustainable land use.
